All the money that went into the new town square and it's fancy fountain only to have it all covered up by an ugly shed for 2 months over the Xmas period, who comes up with these ideas??? Put it in the car park at Carroll Village, that way it's kept in the town and plenty of space for families to park, then setup a local trade Christmas market in it's place in the square helping local businesses and creating more trade into the town.

We spend millions on the New Square, and instead of showing it off to locals & visitors alike, THEY COVER THE WHOLE PLACE WITH A "TENT". Well done to whoever thought of this absolutely ridiculous idea. Merry Christmas !!!!

To the council members. Please relocate the abomination that is the ice rink to another location in Dundalk and use the Square in such a way it can be seen.
