This is public land and should not be sold to a private developer. It would ruin a wonderful neighborhood. If approved, follow the money.

This idea is really not in the best interests of Coronado or it's residents. The plan would create further traffic congestion in and through Coronado, the Silver Strand and the Cays...which is a residential area. The port's need for income can be realized in a more citizen friendly fashion.

As a CHS graduate, I STRONGLY oppose this! Sick and tired of the ‘Zonies pushing “improvements” on the Rock! His “happy place”? It WAS my happy place til all the damned “‘Zonies” moved in. So much for peaceful Coronado. It’s just a ‘Zonies’ summer retreat!! I’ll bet they don’t even know that their multimillion dollar marina was a city dump I remember taking our garbage to, and the one-time pig farm. I support your fight! No Hotel At Cays!

I live on Trinidad Bend.
Traffic coming in to Coronado Cays might turn left on Grand Caribe and not pass by my house.
Or traffic may continue on Coronado Cays Boulevard and pass by my house.
Either way that's not the big issue for me..
The big issue is I don't want a big hotel blocking our beautiful view!

We question the extra traffic and confusion that will be added. We have lived here since 1989 and have enjoyed the peace and quiet and lack of questionable strangers.
