This petition is regarding the the termination of Thomas Gibson's role as Aaron Hotchner on Criminal Minds (CBS). The purpose is to show the fan's support for the actor and hopefully grow the potential to have him return to the show. At the very least, I believe it would be good to simply show our support for one of the long running stars of the show.
Gibson has been a part of the show since the very first one aired on September 22nd 2005 and has been the focal point of many of the shows episodes.

Shame on the production to have Hotch fired this way. I'm french and here in France, many of us, criminal minds' fans, don't find any interest in the show anymore since Hotch is gone.
I don't watch anymore hotch always said wheels up in 30 pretties says wheels up in 20 dosent quite get it#nohotch#nowatch
Totally ruined the dynamics of a powerful show -- the team as a family who bonds together and has each other's backs is completely gone. No further seasons at this rate.
I started watching on day one because Thomas Gibson was part of the cast. This was handled like a bunch of pencil pushers firing the workers. Thomas was a star before criminal minds. Thomas Gibson made criminal minds they did not make him. When Gibson is gone, so am I. Thanks for ruining a great show.
If Thomas Gibson is not reinstated to Criminal Minds, I and many others will continue to boycott not only Criminal Minds but CBS entirely. I hope all the parties involved can work this out but if he is not brought back to the show, you will lose a lot of viewers!
Not even Reid can save after season 12. i started watching on netflix and when I realized they got rid of Hotch i couldn't continue :(
