A residential neighborhood is no place for a gas station. There are plenty in the area and no need to hurt the property values by placing one in the middle of a quiet neighborhood.

must be at least 15 gas stations within a 3 mile radius. 4 of which are walking distance to me . Another one is not needed. I would like to see a Bistro.

What a horrible thing to do to a residential street, directly in front of and behind of people's homes, and causing dangerous traffic next door to a FIRE STATION, AND within 500 feet of an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!!!

This is quite possibly the worst decision made since the year 1873. Residents will boycott this place if it's built. I don't see it ending well for the business.

It is unnecessary to build a gas station in the middle of a subdivision.
It will be an eye sore and decreases the beauty of the neighbor.
I will not be a customer of this establishment.
