No REZONING! Stick with Comprehensive Plan. No Gas Station/Convenience Store Next to Neighborhoods or Schools

No rezoning close to schools and churches.

This is not progress. There’s a saturated market already. Totally ridiculous!

Would this gas station provide an aesthetically pleasing backdrop to SOTL, Prince of Peace Catholic Church, and the surrounding schools? I believe that within months it would look like a typical gas station eyesore in an area where it is not needed or wanted.

We just moved here from Florida because Osceola and Orange counties let expansion ruin sone beautiful areas - Traffic, high costs, etc. Please don't let that happen here. Be mindful of the beautiful place you have.

I oppose a 12-station gas station and convenience store, along with 2 drive-thru fast food restaurants at 6495 Spout Springs Road. Do not put our children at risk! This will add to traffic congestion making the streets and neighborhood roads in the vicinity unsafe.

Stop approving every single thing that comes across your desk! The traffic is terrible and there is no relief in sight. Property taxes are out of control and quality of life is declining rapidly. We now pay more for less. Thanks a lot.

There are many gas stations and convenience stores nearby. No need to destroy the nearby neighborhoods with adding another. Definitely oppose having a commercial business next to a middle and high school. Fast food places don't belong their either. Plenty of other locations for fast food places along Friendship Road. For these reasons I oppose having the subject property rezoned.

I oppose having a commercial business next to a high school/middle school and close to residential zoned area. There are plenty of locations that are more in line with existing commercial properties around spout springs and I 985 or spout springs and friendship rd areas

A 12-station gas station would be brightly lit all night long - well into the early morning hours - and disrupt the lives of all the nearby residents, especially along Flagstaff Drive and Blue Heron. This gas station is a very bad idea - please don’t do this to us!

Oppose the rezoning rezoning from AR-1 Agricultural Residential to H-B Highway Business on Spout Springs Road.
