I vote NO to this rezoning ! There are schools there! This opens up school shootings, sex trafficking (grab a kid and on 985 in 2 min!). Put this in your own neighborhood . Keep it zoned AR-1. Theres already too much traffic on Spout Springs and more to come with new housing being built. Are you all crazy? Is money more important than childrens safety? I see kids walking on the sidewalk home all the time. I live a block from the high school. STOP THE INSANITY OF MONEY FIRST. I thought Hall County was above this. What if it was down the street from you??? In Gods name No to the rezoning.

I am against the proposed gas station and fast food businesses. This will ruin property values in Sterling on the Lake.
