Please also do not allow any In N' Out in San Clemente as well. We have too many corporate chain stores as it is. Thank you.

Please no unnecessary gas station or “commercial entity that could be deemed as a boring franchise development for the gateway to San Clemente and Talega. It would be very “pedestrian” and would lack creativity and foresight. San Clemente could do better than that. Have some vision, please and developer a unique, artisan, creative venue. Sorry, but a gas station doesn’t fit the bill or get my vote.

NO need for another gas station/car wash!! Money for the city should not be a motive especially when it is close to where kids play.

I totally agree with the theme of the petition that we need you all to vote no against the idea of a gas station/carwash at La Pata and Vista Hermosa. Thank you in advance for support this "No gas station" idea.

Residents in this area do not want a gas station here. We have enough nearby, and gas vehicles are dying out.
