This is a residential neighborhood. It is not the Meat-Packing District. It is totally unfair to the tax-paying residents in this area to subject them to raucous crowds to benefit known bad actors, and bring nothing of any worth to this neighborhood.

I often visit a friend across the street from this place and am struck by how peaceful the neighborhood is. Known "bad operators" opening a bar would just destroy the quality of life for longtime residents.

NO way location will be disrupting the peace and quit of neighborhood. It's a residential area and a safe area. Late night drinking and party is totally inappropriate and unexceptable.

I live in the neighborhood at 2 Charlton st and am VERY opposed to a club coming to our area. There are familys and people who have lived here for a life time . We have already see what can happen w late night alcohol related activities. PLEASE SAY NO to this.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, with a playground half a block away, and a convent down the street. A late night club is inappropriate for the space, and very unwelcome. I encourage CB2 to vote NO.

Buildings built at the time of 162 Prince St. were never meant to house any operation producing noise or vibrations. Residents above and around bars in such buildings are doomed to suffer. No amount of sound proofing is effective and bass music causes unbearable vibration. It is an inappropriate location for such an enterprise.

this neighborhood is largely residential. a late night spot is not in keeping with the character of the neighborhoodand would be disruptive in terms of noise and late night activity.

this location has a long and sullied history. to consider a 4am liquor licence would ruin this neighborhood and be a very unwanted subtraction from the neighborhood.

I do not support the transference of their liquor license to this location. This is a quiet residential neighborhood that has enough late night spots already.

It's still a quiet residential neighborhood, with other bars located very nearby. This will destroy the safety and quality of residents. Worse than a bad idea, it's blind to basic needs of existing residents. Sickened that it is even being considered.

This is a residential neighborhood with many restaurants interspersed. An after hours bar open til 4am would be disruptive of residents trying to sleep. Brinkleys has many complaints against it for noise & rowdy behavior. Please don't approve their request for a bar that will be open till 4am
