Aloe of kids hang around up there, ponies would be at risk of harm. Other horse owners would see this as free site so sneak their horses on. Unresposible dig owners could set dogs on to horses :-(

Can the original poster amend this from "Exmoor Ponies" to "Grazing animals"?

The council shoud carry out a survey to find out who the users of Cleadon Hills are. Then they would know that about 95% of the users are dog owners.

It's not only ponies. The Development Plan states "arrangement with farmer" & "grazing animals" so it could be sheep or cows.

I do not want ponies grazing on the hills. I want children, dogs and families to be able to use the hills freely. If the ponies are to be on the hills there should be a fenced off area for them and an area set aside for the general public, I believe that it would not be long before some local yob attacks the ponies as we have read of this before.

This is where I walk my dog I've met alot of nice people and new friends just by our dogs playing together daily. Where else am I going to take my dog where I can let him be social safely. The people who own the house on the corner of the field have two dogs this would mean that their dogs will not be allowed outside in their own back garden its stupid and unfair. They're are already alot of horse bridleways in the village and on the coast why do we need even more horses.
