why would I need to memorize stupid things that are irrelevant in order to pass a course. Exams should not exist or be worth 20%! Waste of time, they just bring our marks down? Talk about wanting us to first off feel bad about ourselves, and second wanting us to not succeed and letting a stupid exam or summative determine our futures.

Yes! Aside from this fact exams are not an effective way to understand and see how well a student learned from the course because the material learned at the beginning of the year will be harder to remember then material learned later on in the year, therefore throwing students off. School in today's society is little about learning and understanding life and earth and its history and more about passing to get through the year.

Each school board affects students in all schools. Equality between all high school students is only right. How can one student have more of an advantage or disadvantage when dealing with getting accepted to Colleges or Universities?
