I care very much about Adams pt and the creatures that reside there. I will fight tooth and nail for this space. It's the first place I take people when I show them my home. It's a place where I've taken my dog many times and I feel he was always happier there. Adams point is one of The few places near me that I can go in a 7 minute drive and find peace and solace.

This project could damage much of the already hurting ecosystem in Little Bay by displacing settled heavy metals and dispersing them freely into the water. Furthermore, the electromagnetic frequencies emitted by these power lines could negatively affect fishes' ability to sense their natural rhythms of migration, feeding and breathing. Not only this, but eversouce has been uncooperative with several towns along the way of this power line, vocalizing to town hall meetings their desire to find the most "economically feasible" route being the reason they chose this one. That means they could put the power line (which in itself is unnecessary due to the necessity for our country to shift its infrastructure towards carbon neutral or carbon negative merge sources) elsewhere, but they have chosen an environmentally harmful option because it is less expensive for them.

This is absolutely unnecessary and will only benefit the already full wallets of the greedy bloodsuckers who are the CEOs and politicians. Let's prevent this project and protect our already fragile environments, namely the Great Bay.

We the People, We Decide! We have an inherent and unalienable right to protect the human and natural communities where we live. My community enacted a Community Bill of Rights prohibiting an energy project and the developer packed up and left! We worked with www.celdf.org to draft our rights-based oridinance.
