She was sentenced too 20 years she should not be allowed out for any reason..People are sent to prison for a reason, how do you deter crimes like this by allowing them freedom. She can go to church in prison I’m sure they have church there..Karrissa didn’t get a second chance she’s dead at her own mother’s hands..I don’t know how people on the parole board sleep at night..I think of this little girl a lot and I will never understand how a mother could do that to her own child..Keep Penny behind bars where she deserves to be I have no empathy for her at all..!

A life sentence with no eligibility for parole until 20 years was her sentence. By allowing anything before the 20 yrs we are telling this murderer that what she did wasnt worth 29 yrs of her life? That is not acceptable! Karissa cant go to church and her family cant get another chance to hold her! Please remember the life lost!

I am outraged that this woman would ever receive some kind of freedom before the 20 years she was sentenced!!! SHE KILLED HER OWN DAUGHTER!!!

Never let this woman out. She deserves ZERO privileges. Look at the TV clips. She has had plenty of time to practice her acting skills. She has no remorse. She is evil from head to toe. A child murder and her own at that.
