The sentence was way too light to begin with, in my opinion. I think she should experience applying for leaves and parole only to be turned down each and every time until she dies. The punishment needs to fit the crime. Consequences need to stick, folks.

This woman killed her daughter. She is a monster who kills their own young? Why not give her a Bible so she can read it in jail . God can listen to you wherever you are you don’t need to be in church . This is just an excuse to get some freedom and she deserves none she is a monster .

No parole for 20 years! No leave, no treats, nothing for 20 years. I hope her daughter ‘s last words haunt her every day of her miserable life, but I doubt it will. She is a sociopath and has no remorse for her actions. Keep her in jail 24/7 for 20 years.

Where is the JUSTICE for Karissa. Shame on our Judical system and shame on all involved that would allow KILLER Penny any sort of leave. I protest that my tax dollars are being used to give her ANY sense of freedom.
