At this time I beleave that Penny Boudreau should stay where she is, Penny Boudreau is the only one that would benefit from her release. I understand that 10 years have past by so quickly, but the healing of the Family and Friends of Karissa and the small town of Bridge Water are not ready. Penny Boudreau murdered her daughter in cool blood and even took the time to stage her daughter's body to blame someone else, She didn't think of the rest of Karissa Family and loveones that would miss her. The only thing that Penny Boudreau was thinking about was her self, and how her daughter stood in the way of her own happyness, Now 10 years later and Penny Boudreau is still thinking of herself and not of the pain that she caused so many people and how they were affect from her actions. I do not know either party, I am a Mother and a Grandmother and I have been Praying for all party's involved for healing. At this time I beleave there is still healing for the Family and Loveones of Karissa and that Penny Boudreau should stay where she is and get the help she needs for what she has done. 10 years is not long enough for the damage and pain that Penny has caused so many people, May the Lord have murcy on Penny's soul and may Karissa rest in peace and her Family find the peace that they need. I ask this in Jesus name Amen Please have murcy on the loveones of Karissa and leave Penny Boudreau where she is and do not release her.

She should not be allowed to leave the prison. She killed her own daughter. Her sentencing is 20 yrs without parole. She should not be allowed to have any outside passes to go any function. Is there not church in prision! If not then she should serve all time in prison.

Absolutely, unequivocally NO, there are chapels in federal institutions, don't waste more of my money, she strangled her daughter to death, looking her daughter in her eyes until she took her very last breath, reinstate the death penalty for crimes of this nature, no parole either, ever!

I strongly disagree with any sort of "outings" for this woman. She showed zero mercy for her own daughter and continued to pull that rope tighter, even with her child looking her in the eyes and begging her to stop. She deserves no visits to church or anywhere else. If she feels to pray, she can do it from jail.

This story breaks my heart to think 10 years ago Karissa cried, Mommy please don't. I believe a minister, priest can be brought to the jail. Justice for Karissa!

If you wanted to go to church; you should have thought of that; before you took your daughters life. She doesn't get the choice to go to church; so neither should her mother. Everybody stands a chance! But this Child looked her own mother in the eyes and asked her why: what did mommy do; she kept going. So , she does not deserve any right to be out for 4 hrs at a time. SORRY!! But that is my opinion!
