Her ,daughter didn't have any rights , and penny shouldn't have any thing,she was sentenced to life in prison so let her stay right where is is..she don't have the right to any thing...

The only thing that this individual deserves is to endure the same pain and suffering that she inflicted on her own daughter. A mother is supposed to be there to protect her children and love and nurture them. She’s a pathetic excuse of a human.

I think she should have been put in a max prison not protected and she definitely does not not deserve any type of freedom whatsoever she lost that when she took her daughters life.

Please do not let this person out of jail as she needs to serve all her term and then some for the rest of her life! Not in protected custody either,all prisons have chapels in jail! If she is trying to put on a good front when getting out for an early release! No realese- this would be letting down our justice system! Her daughter had no priveleges as she killed her with no mercy for her boyfriend- how pathetic! Karissa was a beautiful young lady who would have had a bright future as she was very talented! She was loved by the community taken way too soon! Her mother made her choice and has to serve her time and hope more!

The one person in Karissa's life she should have been able to count on to protect her, took her life. Penny deserves torture like she gave her own daughter not passes.
