No escorted leaves or early release of any kind for Penny Boudreau

I have no words as to why we even have to think of doing this. What this poor little girl must have gone through at the hands of her mother is unspeakable! Shame on our justice system!!

I don’t know how I have never heard of this. I was in shock as I read the first little bit and the more I read, the more shocked I became and now I am going to hold my child tightly and make sure she knows I love her. This woman has no right to ever be allowed outside of a prison, no right to ever be close to any child anywhere in this earth. There is no words I can think of to describe this woman except one word. MONSTER. Now I know there is such things as monsters.

I agree with Angela Erickson, well said. I will add that Canada needs to start implementing harsher laws, or at least stick to original sentencing and Canadians needs to start speaking up when the government is slack. There is a Chapel in most jails and if not, a Pastor or Priest would be happy to visit with her. You don't need a church building or even a Pastor to find God. She needs to pay a harsh penalty for what she did, or what is the point and what are we saying to the next person who decides to murder their child or take any life for that matter. Stand up and speak for this murdered child and sign this petition.

This monster killed her own flesh and blood while hearing her child beg her mommy to stop. She doesn’t deserve to get out of jail, she should rot in there for the rest of her life. And as someone said, there is a chapel in there, that’s good enough.

This woman has a chapel in the prison that is more than enough. You don't need a church to pray. God is listening always. Her true judgement day will come like all others. I have a feeling she will be in the company of someone else though. A much warmer place...much, much warmer.

Karissa will never again play with her friends, go to school, grow up. The person she trusted most in the world took her life away. When you commit murder, you don't get to take a break from your punishment. She should be in prison for LIFE. Her sentence should not be shortened for any reason and she should not be allowed out to attend church. Karissa doesn't get a second chance and her murderer shouldn't either.
