I’m ashamed that this monster has lived so comfortable after brutally murdering and dumping her daughter’s body. She deserves the death sentence. She’s shown no remorse, and now she lives on people’s tax dollars going on outings…. C‘Mon justice system. We’re embarrassed over here of this woman.

It is hard to believe or accept that a mother who committed such a horrendous crime should be allowed any rights at all. Her innocent daughter certainly had no rights whatsoever. It is time to remove the “ faint hope clause” out of respect to the rights of the victim.

She was in my younger brother's class at school. She would be 26 now. Penny took her own child's life, and should stay in prison for the rest of hers.

She should never get out if jail for any reason. Church get real ! Someone like this doesn't find God they don't believe in God if she did she would never have killed her child so why church just an excuse to get out. PERIOD.
