NEVER...should this cold , calculating monster be allowed to roam free. Karissa was a sweet ,wonderful, loving child and in no way did she deserve the horrible fate that she was dealt. Keep Penny locked up where she belongs. As far as church is concerned, there are chapels in every prison, let her go there. "God", wasn't on her mind when she strangled Karissa. Life is Life,no parole, no outings,no nothing.
