I have been using Blackberry since 2006 and want to continue using this. I also want to use What's app and request them to continue supporting Blackberry platform.

Continue to provide basic support for Whatsapp so that people like me who work in highly regulated businesses can use a single device for all our communication.

WhatsApp is one of the most simple and usable instant messaging services I've had for my smartphones.
And with group chats becoming a much bigger norm nowadays, not having the service on my BlackBerry Passport could force me to leave my beloved device and switch to another phone.
Hear Rome's coming out, and that may just be my next BlackBerry, but I love my Passport, and I love BB10, so I just hope that WhatsApp will still allow us to at least use their services, even if there are no updates.

I don't want to change my mobile phone. It is not fair for WhatsApp to stop the its functionality on the mentioned platformes! And it is NOT correct to oblige someone to by only a few kind of mobile phones. This decision of WhatApp will limit the rights, and will limit the acces at choosing the gadgets we like. Maybe next year Facebook will release a statement that Facebook will only work on Apple devices. Through this they will oblige an huge amount of people to by Apple products. If not, you will not be ''connected'' any-longer. THIS IS NOT FAIR after you (WhatsApp or Facebook) launch the apps in idea to be use to connect the people, for free!

They say they're committed to bringing WhatsApp to everyone, but clearly not. I can't afford a new phone so it looks like i'll just have to lose contact with friends!
