While I understand your move to discontinue WhatsApp for some old platforms, I was shocked to learn that you were going to discontinue WhatsApp for BlackBerry 10.
BB10 is a new and fantastic OS. It is awesome for communicating but if one of the most important communication apps isn't there, it decreases the value of the platform to practically nothing.
I understand that you want to move the app forwards with new APIs, which are not being developed by BlackBerry, but all I want is for basic communication to keep working, and for the app to stay in the App world. Could you guarantee this much?
As a side note, I will state how I used to admire WhatsApp for being the best communication app, simply because it was on absolutely every OS out there. It's sad now that users of smaller, non-Android/iOS devices will no longer be able to use it, like Symbian.
