No end of support for Whatsapp on BlackBerry 10.

I've just gotten my first BlackBerry 10 device. It's an amazing OS that really helps with productivity. I also have and iphone 6s and a Samsung galaxy s7. My BlackBerry Classic is may favourite device. I'll even pay for the app to keep it

WhatsApp grew big by supporting all plattforms. Then networking effects have set in and surpress others messengers to get this big - because "everyone was on whatsapp". Now they bypass smaller Handheld OS and the need comes up for alternatives (because no company will change a ton of martphones just because of whatsapp. If they have a BES Server, they will find messenging alternatives. (And big banks, government agencies, consulting comp., aw firms... etc. still use it). Then other messengers have their chance to step in. And if. e.g. telegram offers suppoort f. blackberry - a lot will go with these. I now a lot of people from business still use blackberry or microsoft phones. But I know noone who needs of wants this Video-status-crap. So bye bye whatsapp, if you really want to go. We stay with blackberry and go with the alternatives, although we don't want to.

Why why why!!!!

It is not possible for a common user of cell phone as to what exactly is going behind the curtain, but isolating a brand name like Blackberry OS by both FB and the WhatsApp is nothing but harassing lacs of Blackberry users who love both FB and the WhatsApp. Rethink it and find a way out of this bottleneck.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I would have loved to meet the persons who in their ignorance made the decision not to continue support to some Blackberry phone users! I sense that you look down on Blackberry users that cling to our ‘older’ phones and that do not sit right with a lot of people and definitely not with me. I was a supporter of Whatsapp for so long and what do we get for our loyal support, NOTHING, just an impersonal message saying that we must switch to another phone. Well my little ranting will most probably be ignored along with many other irritating messages that you by now must have received but take note of this. I have discovered Blackberry and it is the only phone I prefer. I loved the idea that I could be in contact with my friends via Whatsapp but because of the discontinuation of Whatsapp, I will be losing a lot of contacts. My Blackberry might be ancient in your eyes, but not only is my phone still working perfectly but it is also the only phone I can afford. Do you honestly think it is just go out and get another Whatsapp supported phone? NO!! You will be so wrong. There is no way that I can go out and buy a new phone simply because your company decided we are not worth your services. I hope you can sense that I am NOT very happy. I am annoyed and disappointed that we that use the older versions of Blackberry are now looked down upon. Please reconsider for the sake of thousands of Whatsapp users where the Whatsapp is the only means of affordable communication. I love BB phones, I've used BB from 7100r. then moved 8820, 9900, 9860 now using z10. please do not stop whatsapp on BB. Android maybe good but BB is better for us.
