Additional traffic mixed with an already dangerous road should be a major concern on Grove Creek Rd for our city leadership. Also, this proposed change benefits only one stakeholder, and there are a lot more stakeholders involved who will be negatively impacted by this development.

Grove Creek Rd cannot handle more traffic. As is it is very dangerous in places plus BBend homeowners were assured there would be no multi-family units such as those proposed in close proximity to our homes. I recall some discussion of upscale apartments but certainly not duplexes!!!

My wife and I strongly oppose the proposed multi-family development on Barbara Way and Sandy Lane. Multi family was not part of the North Grove presentation given to us a couple of years ago and should not be allowed now.

The county and city have not demonstrated an ability to maintain Grove Creek Road with existing traffic. Road is too narrow, dangerous curves and poorly maintained.

Significantly increased traffic is also a safety concern on Grove Creek Rd. due to the poorly marked S-curve between Brookbend Dr. and Brookstone Dr.
