Leave the natural beauty of Mountain alone. Too much traffic and a slow commute already.

I think the only thing that should go there would be around the size of what used to be. The little sandwich shop was perfect. Traffic will be a nightmare if a Dunkin’ goes there and it will be one more crappy chain restaurant

There couldn't be a much worse location for a Dunkin Doughnuts than this one. It is a blind cure and slope from both sides on an already very dangerous place on Mountain Road. Pedestrians crossing for hiking from both sides. Log Cabin traffic and Mt Tom park entrance right across the street. People will definitely get killed with an increase in traffic and stop and go turning. The minimal amount of employees provided by this in an already saturated market does not substantiate it either. Please just say "NO!"

As a Holyoke resident and frequent visitor to Easthampton and Mt Tom, I think this is the wrong location for a Dunkin'. Not only will it worsen the traffic mess that already exists, it doesn't fit in with the decor and small business feel of the mountain. Please consider other locations in Holyoke and say no to this location. It's just the wrong place.

Very dangerous idea in terms of traffic flow on a road that already has to close on icy days in the winter, and which gets backed up in good weather. The roadway is already stressed and this would compound the problem. Please vote no.

Isn't there already a small drive thru coffee shop already there. So shut down this small business? DD is not needed there. Bad idea.

This is a terrible location for a DD, I already almost get hit half the time going to Mt Tom and the sight lines at this proposed location are complete garbage.

The walk-up/drive up coffee shop was awesome and I think it was particularly great for people hiking. It fits with the area. We definitely don’t need DD there. Keep it local and maybe expand on what is there with the walk up/outdoor option. Great for hikers and the community.

This natural area needs to be protected, not commercialized.

No! This will add to traffic, therefore, increasing emissions in the area. Hikers (and maybe doggies!) going out will no longer benefit from the fresh air and the wildlife will have another source of pollution (emissions, lighting, trash/garbage)
…CARBON FOOTPRINT!…and add in the loose trash that you know will eventually become confetti along 141

I’ve parked there for 15 years to cross the street and hike up the mountain. Many locals do! But you have to wait for an opening to hurry across the street, and the cars drive very fast pass the parking lot! Having a business there is going to cause a whole lot of traffic and pedestrian tragedies I’m afraid. There are so many coffee shops, including Dunkin’ right in the neighborhood. It’s very poor judgement to have a corporate business prevail over common sense and safety!

The entrances to the state park and restaurant are dangerous enough. Try turning left when exiting the state park... try turning right. It's nerve rattling

Allowing a Dunkin would cause a problem with an already over stressed roadway.

This is bad news for traffic, Holyoke, Easthampton, and Mt. Tom, which will certainly be littered with DD cups along the trail across the street.

Overall it is NOT a good location for a high traffic business such as Dunkin Donuts. That spot coming up over and down the mountain us heavily travelled throughout the day, plus during warmer weather the traffic going in and out of Mt Tom at the entrance of Christopher Clark Rd can be dangerous!
Adding the traffic going in and out of the drive through at a DD there, cars crossing opposing lanes if traffic and the crazy long drive through lines will surely create a traffic hazard! Never mind the trash that it would generate, and possibly attract wildlife.
