I am opposed to downzoning A-1 land. As a landowner and resident of this county since 1985, I think this is a bad idea which will lead to many other problems that the bos is not thinking about. Higher taxes for all, higher vehicle counts on close in roads, higher school counts in close in schools, not to mention the "taking" of landowners development rights.

I am against downzoning. My family has owned land since the 60's which has sat vacant in hopes of funding retirement. This is beginning to look impossible.
