With the wildfire situation, it is crazy to put this many homes in this location. Quick evacuation will be impossible.
Diamond Springs just had to evacuate most of Patterson this past week, with just a fraction of the number of homes.
To be honest, these new homes may not even be able to get homeowners insurance, due to the fire situation!
Large development's like this need to be built near Hwy 50, which can handle hundreds of cars during a wildfire evacuation.
