Vote "NO" on dog kennel conditional use application for Adams Shoppes

Please vote no to the approval of a dog kennel or boarding facility at the Adams Shoppes.

I am concerned about noice and odors and a general loss of property value for our homes. Surely there is some place more appropriate for this business in the area.

This is not a good location for a dog kennel. Extremely close to homes. The smell from the proposed outdoor turf “bathroom” area and barking at all hours would completely disrupt the quality environment that currently exists.

It would smell horrible.

Supportive of the business opening a location in the area but this is not the right spot. There are many other location options that could be considered.

This space is completely inappropriate for a kennel. It would be unfair to the surrounding neighborhoods.

This proposal does not sound well researched or prudent for the space.

I am a dog owner and have a love my dog but I do not like the idea of a kennel where there is food establishments in the same plaza housing community is too close that we would hear the barking dogs all hours of the day. A kennel should have a lot more land and area for the dogs .

I oppose the kennel because it will be a nuisance and lower property values and does not met the standards for zoning a kennel

This dog kennel does not align with the goals of the Adams Township community. Not only will this kennel prove disruptive to Adams Ridge residents, but is even a health concern for our entire residential area.

I am voting against the dog kennels in the Adams Ridge Shoppes.

Say NO to the Adams Shoppes Kennel!
