Rimrock, AZ... A quiet rural town of farmers markets, Horseback and quad riding, movies on the church lawn.... Out way of life is being THREATENED! or county wants to change the zoning from lovely 2 acres single family residence to allow a 302 unit low income housing on only 47 acres, which must based on space alone will be at least 2 stories, to have room for amenities and parking...we have NO CITY SEWER, NO CITY WATER, all on septic and wells. Our water table cannot sustain that, and it's on a mountain above many residences! The entrance will be on an UNMAINTAINED County dirt road including a one lane tunnel, that is the only access when the back way is flooded, which is approx. 5-6 months per year. Our internet services are already bad, with that many more draws on a very limited system, it will be even worse! No bus or transportation systems to the towns that are respectively 7/25 miles away, where low income residents might get a job... Put this closer to existing towns, NOT in our rural area!
