Don't let developers rule the Greater Mystic area! Stop their encroachments on wetlands and around established neighborhoods.

Our wetlands are a crucial habitat — preventing key fauna for native specifies to grow and thrive. They are also an important stopgap in combatting the relentless challenges we currently face with climate change and global warming. As an aside, any recent construction overseen by Coast Development Group is ugly, uninspiring and soulless from an architectural standpoint.

It is vital that Connecticut take seriously the threat of climate change, and protect it's natural resources. Additionally, Old Mystic has suffered severe damage from storms in the past, destroying the wetlands - which serve as a buffer and outlet to such events - will only make things worse in the future.

Please stop the destruction. Wet lands are so important to the whole environment.

There is no reason why the town shouldn't hold reckless developers to account, especially when environmental concerns are so obviously on the agenda in other instances (looking at you Climate Change Task Force). Let's make sure this issue is heard!

I trust the town will investigate this and protect our wetlands and wonder if our wetlands (undisturbed) help to protect us from flooding.
Protect the wetlands!
This is a no brainer
