It's unfair that students are out of pocket because of the strikes and the strikes should not have increased the universities profits.

This petition makes no sense- a degree is useless without the knowledge to back it up- this is just saying you want a piece of paper saying you can do something that you can't. Pressure the schools to put on extra support so you can learn what was missed. We are seeing now (and likely why this petition has been started) students who due to the no detriment policy of before didn't learn the basics of what they needed in later years and are failing or meeting expectations later as they don't have the foundations to do so- this is not their fault but no detriment does not help students. It only allows them to feel better in the short term and get screwed over in the long term.

I have been at Susse. 4yrs now and whilst I fully support the teachers right to strike having one in my last term of final year where I am unable to get in contact with any of my professors or diss advisors is not the support I was promised as a student

My mental health has greatly suffered this year, and no doubt others have too. While my issues aren't as related, I understand that a great number of others problems are. This must be put in place

This is essential. Students should not be expected to perform their best this term due to the strikes. Many of us have become confused and are very behind in classes as well as overwhelmed.

Students are deserving of this policy for all the disruption to their learning, along with much more compensation.

I'm an international student and it's so unfair that we are the ones who got the most financial damage in the strikes. I want to be refunded.
Bring it back !
Its not fair to not get the no detriment policy
