I don't think this position will add any value to our governance system and it's too expensive considering our economic status as analysed by the finance minister when he advised citezens to tighten our belts.

Zambia cannot afford to hire deputy ministers. The public service budget is already overstretched .The country needs to move forward all these MPs dreaming up motions in parliaments are wasting valuable time to develop the country .
