Please we dont want deputy ministers in Zambia. The economy is on its knees, we are highly indebted and most Zambians are suffering. Save money like the subsidies you claim you have removed.

No Deputy Ministers please. Infact, do not amend constitution as it was created after consultation with people.

NO! Enough is enough, we don't need them let alone another costly process of dealing with an amended constitution. The only thing we need is stricter measures for those who fail to follow the constitution, ie Mr. President and his ministers

THE IDEA OF BRINGING BACK DEPUTY MINISTERS IS SICKENING WHEN THE ORDINARY CITIZENS ARE BEING SUBJECTED TO AUSTERITY MEASURES, THAT MP AND WHOEVER SUPPORTED THIS DESERVE TO RESIGN ON MORAL GROUNDS. CUT OFF YOUR HEFTY ALLOWANCES AND SALARIES SO THAT THE TREASURY CAN SAVE ENOUGH MONEY........

I see absolutely no reason for bringing back deputy ministers because there is nothing that they will bring to the table in terms of policy direction and service delivery. We had them before and no good came out of them. They were only useful when it came delivering speeches for full cabinet ministers. Bringing back deputy ministers is a drawback and they will be a burden to the nation.

Stop this crookedness and selfishness by allowing the constitution to stand as it is. What irreparable damage have the ministries suffered without deputy ministers? Minister of finance urges us to brace for hard times. Do the same by saving the meagre resources...

Zambians were very clear when they spoke through the draft which was later assented to by the President. What has changed over night for them to review it? Zambians WAKE UP!
