The people of Zambia are going through a painful moment due to the Economic break down that we are expiriencing.However ,what the country needs is a cut in unneccesary borrowing,careless spending and a strong fight against corruption . We need to save this country together because it belongs to all of us. All hope is not lost and we need to reclaim our position as a United Zambia.

This will cut down on expenditure by the government who are looking to increase on their capital base.Morever the Minister alone can competently play the role of leadership required in the Ministry without a deputy.

Please dont take Zambians for granted where today you say this and tomorrow you want to shift goalposts. Abash Deputy Minister. Infact leave the constitution as it is till after 10years or more.
