This is unnecessary expenditure inform of emoluments and as a nation,we cant afford such a luxury.Our country is bleeding financially and so these selfish motives should be halted at all cost by all well meaning Zambians.

No!!! to deputy ministers, the money used for there upkeep/salaries could be used for other projects. we have so many problems in our country and many people not being paid and you want to higher more people, thats crazy. use that money for better projects like agriculture to reduse poverty, health etc.
