Say “NO” to a Day of Action on Islamophobia in Canada

This constitutes a gag order against criticism of one particular group - not justifiable in a democracy unless all other faith groups are individually named also.

I am opposed to this proposed legislation, because it will curtail my rights and freedoms as a Canadian citizen guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

This is absolutely the most racist choice to make Canadians or anyone to do. We have no voice anymore.

This issue transcends partisan politics. New Canadians are best welcomed by helping them understand the long-term positive results of unfettered debate - and the Canadian commitment to it. People go to war when they destroy their other options for conflict resolution.

I am a believer that this, Bill C-16 and much of this Liberal parties left wing spending needs to be scraped and our tax dollars spent on for something more useful such as job creation.

As a liberal and atheist I refuse to give up my right to speak freely on any subject I chose or show disrespect to any religion.
