This Motion M-103 must be defeated. It gives one ideology preferential treatment and does not guarantee our Freedom of speech in Canada as stated in our Constitution!

I think you need a level playing field for all religions, not special status for those who have just arrived here and demand us to change to satisfy their needs. We are fast becoming a minority as Canadians who count. It seems whoever hollers the loudest gets herd and coddled.

Of course it is necessary to resist this! Even if they succeed we should resist and continuously remind them that we the people are the ones who control the nation, not liberal elites. I'm happy to sign this.

Our parliamentary system or party system, dictates that MPs vote on bloc according to the instructions of their party's whip. Very few MPs of any party have the courage or independence of mind to think and act according to their conscience, or the will of their constituents. I will sign this petition, but honestly I think that it is futile. The government will have its way, and the sheep on the other side of the aisle will follow their cue, because all of them are in pursuit of the ethnic vote, and desperately afraid of being perceived or labelled "racist".
