These AI data centers drain our water more than Texans are aware of and law makers need to hold themselves and these companies accountable

We love our natural resources here in hays county. Our rivers are sacred, and on top of all the unchecked developments happening, a data center would send us over the edge. Please do the right thing and say no to this data center. I’m terrified for our future as a community if we don’t.

For the love of all things good, decent, and right, do not allow artificial intelligence to be prioritized over the Earth and our precious water resources.

Please stop the construction of data centers that are a huge use of resources but electricity and water.

Ai is not a need. Humans have written papers and solved problems and created art long before its invention. Clean water is not only a need, it's a human right. Building this data center will bring few long term jobs, it will only destroy the rivers we love and create huge amounts of noise pollution.

We DO NOT have the water to sustain this. PEC does not have the infrastructure to sustain this and residential members will be billed to pay for it. Please think of us and not the developers. I have a water well and I am terrified.

We grew up going to San Marcos. AI is not going to give us nature and memories, they’re just taking from us and selling it again.

At the very least, all data centers must be required to build their own power plants and nit tax residents. They must also benefit the counties & state they reside in not out of state. But I oppose any centers being built
