We need to protect the river, not cause further damage. Please do not build these centers. The San Marcos river is already in danger with drought, growing population, and lack of knowledge for the ecosystem.

We all must do every we can to protect our water. Our previous property had rain tanks that ran thru a purification system in our old well house. We learned to be very thrifty with water use - collected water we used in any brief shower, kitchen use, outdoor gardenlng use to reuse for other purposes

Data Centers cause health and environmental damage to both human and animal species. At present, there is no viable plan to mitigate their damage and every effort to prohibit their influx into Texas should be taken.

This is a horrible horrible thing for the county and the state in general. Many people have to have private Wells which will be jeopardized. Ridiculous it is even considered with droughts and water limiting. We are proud to have our own power grid but we do not need to want a data center to tax it. I was without electricity for almost a week a few years back just because of a heavy freeze and don't want that to be a reality again because of an unwanted data center.

Texas State is my Alma mater. There is no college like Tx state and that’s because of the San Marcos river and the Edwards aquifer. We have to protect our land and water!

I live in Harris County, but I frequently kayak the San Marcos River, and I lived in Guadalupe County for a number of years. I strongly believe that the elected officials of Texas are obligated to protect our water resources against industrial development. Water is in short supply -- please don't enact policies that contribute to Texas' drought situation!
