It’s too close to a residential area. We have so many car washes in the area already. I agree that if it doesn’t succeed it will stay vacant forever and be an eyesore to the community. Also, why 18 bays??? That’s way too many.

The negative environmental impact of a car wash near Watkins lake SHOULD be enough to quash this proposal. The other concern is the traffic congestion that would be caused with this business, at an already dangerous intersection. I strongly oppose this business proposal and hope the board does the right thing by its citizens.

Resident on S.Shore.
Increased thru traffic from Whitney to S. Shore would further degrade the road and pose safety concerns to adults and children who regularly walk alone the street which is narrow and has no sidewalk.
