I am very opposed to the possibility of a minimart type of establishment at 49th and Pennsylvania for all of the stated reasons.

The world has enough convenience stores. I will never support this location again if you kick Ty out.

I support your cause here, but with all the efforts already rejected by CircleK (with their arogance) by the MKNA what is your ‘end in mind’ here ?
Public pressure has not changed their plan; market research on the failure of a convenience store just in the next block north of Mr. Tarr’s location has not changed their plan; unwillingness of CircleK to even reply to my letters

Ty is one of the most honest men I have ever met. We don’t need the loitering associated with convenience stores in our neighborhood.
