No Convenience Store - Keep Ty

Please let Ty and his garage remain where they are...off the beaten path...and it is off the beaten path. I forgot about this example: I took our propane tank up to Sullivan's Hardware (across the street) a few years ago to replace it for a full one. The whole cage thing was empty. I went inside and the kids said the propane company always forgot them because they were off the beaten path. It just doesn't seem like a convenience store at this location will have the visibility it needs to succeed.

Keep Ty’s. It has been a neighborhood fixture, he has been an honest neighbor and the area does not need a convenience store there. I won’t support it.

Ty has been an honest person regarding automotive repairs. Eliminating a businessman like him for the pursuit of cigarette and beer sales will say a lot about the culture and priorities of Circle K.

Ty is a rare gem, please don't change the atmosphere of this neighborhood corner with a large convenience store

There is no value added to the Meridian Kessler community with a Circle K or other convenience store. But there is risk of devaluing our community. No.

A convenience store at this location is a poor choice for Circle K as well as for the neighborhood. Ty provides quality auto service for the community; there is no market for a convenience store at this location.

I’ve lived in this community for almost 25 yrs. I want to preserve the environment and do NOT want a convenience store!

The last thing we need is another convenience store, especially when getting rid of a gem of a business within our community and these are very rare. I can find another convenience store a few blocks away and will not be giving circle k my business ever again if they follow thru at this site.

I expect to have the convenience of getting gasoline at this Shell Station. I have a drug store nearby and need the Shell Station more than a convenience store.

Save Ty’s.

Small businesses in our community should always receive our support. The owners (and Ty) are our neighbors and provide a valuable service. Large corporate convenience stores are a dime a dozen, are impersonal and an eyesore in historic communities like Meridian Kessler. I fully support keeping Ty's Automotive Service and Repair and wholeheartedly oppose a Circle K (or any other) convenience store at 49th and Pennsylvania in my beloved, beautiful neighborhood.

All the businesses on that corner are locally owned. Also, Ty is a rare thing : an honest businessman, asset to the community

Tv's is an asset to the community. A convenience store would be a liability.

Keep Ty’s! A great asset for the neighborhood. There’s plenty of other grocery shops around.
