This should not happen. This will end up costing Monroe County an exuberant amount of money! If he is given this contract , Monroe County will be obligated to pay him thus salary until his contract runs out!! In August 2016, there will be 5 school board members up for re election. The community will not forget the graduation decisions that were made. These board members will be replaced and he will be replaced, but Monroe County taxpayers will be stuck with paying his huge salary for 4 years! Please be actively involved!!

I say NO!!!!! This needs to stop and our kids need to start coming first!!! Why in the world are principals and highly qualified teachers being moved across the county? Why move people from a 4 out of 5 school that helped make it that way!!!!!

We need to use this money for our kids, not an already overpaid director. Our kids and teachers get what they earn. I would like the director to be held to the same standard.

Why does he need a raise AND a body guard! Yet you can't buy Tellico Plains (lowest paid officer in the county) SRO officer a used car!? So now we will no longer have a SRO at our schools! Thank you Director for thinking of yourself and not the children/young adults of Monroe County!

Why does he need a raise AND a body guard! Yet you can't buy Tellico Plains (lowest paid officer in the county) SRO officer a used car!? So now we will no longer have a SRO at our schools! Thank you Director for thinking of yourself and not the children/young adults of Monroe County!

We need to fire blankinship he's a discrase to our school system and cares absolutely nothing about Tellico high school only sequoyah
