No Confidence Vote for Sen. Scott Brown
Senator Scott Brown recently voted down a bill that would extend unemployment benefits for thousands of struggling family's across the nation. 60,000 people alone in the Bay State will lose their benefits on Christmas day. At a time when families across the country and our commonwealth are struggling everyday, this no vote makes the holiday season that much harder to deal with. His reason for not supporting the bill is that there is no way to pay for it and it would increase the national debt. He does though support the extension of the Bush Tax Cuts that have directly contributed to 760 billion dollars added to the national debt.
