We need a railroad to be reactivated, but not for coal - a toxic fuel. We need the railroad to be reactivated to remove polluting traffic from 101.

Coal is like fossil fuels on steroids! We have to STOP COAL production now to save the people who work in the mines and to save our health and the planet from destruction- period! NO WAY should this toxic fuel be brought on rail- I can see the future and the spill of this will devistate any where it falls!
