Coal is toxic, like all fossil and petroleum products. the by-products and waste left behind is also toxic and industry's involved need to pay the intentional damage cost of their actions! Politicians should be banned from taking money from such industry players and profiteers of coal production. Those who profit should pay extra taxes, due to waste disposal necessity, and the loss in utility of the land destroyed, and polluted.

This shipment of coal must be stopped. The burning of fossil fuels needs to end now. We cannot allow coal to be shipped by rail in California.
