During the catastrophic events precipitated by Climate Change, it is beyond heinous for the coal and petroleum industries to be pushing the continued and extended use of materials, which incontrovertibly contribute to climate change. SHAME ON THEM!!

I just recently became aware of this via the Press Democrat. Billions of dollars to ship coal to China... to add to the climate crisis. Beyond corrupt backwards greedy thinking. Insane.

We need to encourage solar and alternate energy alternatives, not coal. Especially in our little community, we do not want coal shipping out of Humboldt.

I say no to coal being transported across our beautiful area. We live in an area where people work hard to keep it clean and to support clean energy. It would be extremely dangerous to ship train loads of these toxins across the country putting a huge risk of a spill or accident.
