This is a ridiculous and dangerous proposal! Coal is toxic to humans in every part of it's processing from mining to burning. It also creates an enormous amount of CO2, both from being transported and being burned. Our planet cannot afford to burn coal for energy and it should definitely be kept out of Northern California!!!
