We need to leave coal in the ground. It's dirty and dangerous. We already have poisoned our oceans with mercury from burning coal. What are we, a third world country, exporting coal for the profit of a few?

There is enough toxin in California from oil wells left from 40's, nuclear from submarine etc. California is the most populous state the medical bills from more current toxins would be more than the economic benefit of the Train.
