We the below signed, residents of Hunters Point, Wekiva, Longwood, Fl 32779, are rejecting the suggestion for Cluster Boxes in our neighborhood. We reject the letter sent by Jonathan Melendez/Supervisor of Customer Services/USPS as we have not complained/have not had stolen mail or have not received complaints about blocked mailboxes.
The loss of our personal mailboxes, many of which have been personalized and recently rebuilt/replaced at considerable cost and time, would be a negative feature to the neighborhood. There is also the concern for the elderly in our neighborhood to lose the convenience of a personal mailbox.

There doesn’t seem to be any postal theft or damage in our area according to the law enforcement records
We do not want cluster mailboxes and have not experienced any issue with theft or undeliverable mail since moving here. We specifically moved to a neighborhood without cluster mailboxes.
There is no need for cluster mailboxes in Hunters Point subdivision
I don’t care for a cluster mailbox as mail could still be stolen. We don’t have any theft from our mailboxes.
Cluster boxes are some of thieves favorite targets. And just know that stolen cluster box mail enjoys easy identity theft.
I prefer keeping my mailbox. I do not want a cluster mailbox. Thank you!

As the property manager for our HOA that has over 2,600 homes, I want to confirm the concerns of our residents in Hunter Point and other areas of our community that cluster mail boxes are not wanted in our community.
