Being a close neighbor of the Bell I am more concerned about the extended opening hours. Totally unnecessary and would be used more than is being suggested.

As a community venture, the very least that should have been done was to consult with the 'owners' on whether cctv should go in the application - failure to do this shows a complete lack of understanding of the relationship expected by the shareholders when they originally 'invested'

We bought this great pub to ensure stuff like this didn't happen, the board should be ashamed of themselves to meekly offer cctv as a sop to getting a late licence. This must be put to the members to vote on...

CCTV would be the end of The Bell as we have known it, and completely goes against the Board's responsibility to prevent harmful change.

I'd like to hear from A&S police what crimes have happened in The Bell in the past year and ask them to present evidence that CCTV would have made a difference.

If this the price of a late license, it is definitely not worth it.
