This is a horrible idea and would kill property values. We bought our house on Ferro 5 years ago and I know I never would've bought on a block that had a bus depot on it back then. Not to mention the traffic back up on Ferro with 14 buses lined up. This is ridiculous.

They can place it on the actual campus or buy land in an industrial area. Not the spot for this in a residential area.

This is a residential neighborhood. There's a very large lot in the industrial park at the end of Ferro Drive they could buy and use. Please keep the yellow clutter out of our neighborhood.

The board should be interested in the lives that live in Cherry Hill. If we knew that was their intentions we never would of ok them improving that area in the first place.
Tell them to buy a piece of land in a industrial park and put the busses there.

There are two empty lots across the street in the industrial park, build it there. It was nice to see the HS turn that area into something green but now I feel this a bit of a bait and switch. What now, that area will not be used to host cross country meets or football practice?

A school bus Depot should not be allowed in a residential neighborhood. Along with having gas storage.

HUGE safety concerns in and out of this subdivision, which already has safety issues. Living less than 1,000 feet from a 2,500 gallon fuel tank? Seems like very irresponsible planning on many many levels.
